Tendrils Sarong Collection

The process of making a sarong with a tendril motif involves several main stages: yarn preparation (spinning and dyeing), motif creation (tying or canting), and weaving, which is then followed by the finishing process. For the tendril motif, the process can be done using the ikat weaving technique, where the thread is tied before dyeing so that the untied parts will have a different color, or the batik tulis/cap technique, where the tendril motif is drawn on the fabric that has been dyed.
